The Summer Hitting and Fielding Series will consist of four grou lessons  (up to 12 players).  The group lessons will alternate weekly between hitting and infield work. The group training is open to players age ranging from 9u-13u.  Players will be grouped age appropriately.  Coach to player ratio is 1:6 max.

Rising Stars hitting and fielding sessions will revolve around the main points of the swing: stance, separation & balance (load), bat path, and finish.  We will also include approach and the mental aspect of hitting.  Balance, hand-eye coordination, quick hands, using lower half, drill work and batting practice will be our focus into every session.

Defensive days will put players into training sessions with a focus on infield play and athleticism.  Players will be taken through a series of drills to promote glove work, footwork, and hand-eye coordination.

Players will be divided up into three teams of four players each.  Teams will rotate between Hitting / Infield / Outfield.  Rising Stars Academy Instructors will pitch.

Increase your baseball IQ! Players will rotate through ALL positions throughout the game (except for pitcher).
