2025 Year-In-Review & 2026 Outlook

The 2025 Officiating season was one of our best!

Football 2025:

This was our first year with the Gopher State Football League and we had just shy of 100 officials go through the Trusted Officials Football Training Program.

Basketball 2024-2025:

We had just over 620 officials go through the Trusted Officials Basketball Training Program.

Baseball 2025:

We had just shy of 400 Umpires go through the Trusted Officials Baseball Training Program.

Looking ahead to the 2026 season's we're looking to build on getting all youth officials certified through the Metro/State by offering more training opportunities with more In-Person Trainings, keeping registration fees as low as possible, with game fees going up in Basketball after the 2025-2026 season.  Football fees are at a 3 year set price and Baseball has one year left then they'll be getting a raise too.

We serviced over 2,200 hundred teams in our tournaments alone, along with all of our league teams as well so we're looking forward to another outstanding 2026!

The Minnesota Youth Athletic Services (MYAS) has been Minnesota's Home for Youth Sports since 1991.  Our organization is based on an educational foundation and we have been training basketball officials and baseball umpires for over 33 years.

With over 12,000 basketball games and 8,000 baseball games each and every year, we look to provide the best training possible to those who want to learn how to become an official.

We have Assignors on deck just waiting to schedule YOU for your first game of the season.
