Event Details
- March 15
- First time slot for each team will be 30-minute meet and greet/practice
- 2 games following
- For players in grades 4-8
- Separate A, B & C Divisions (combined if needed)
- Coaches can nominate up to 3 players from their team
- Only nominated players can participate
- 8 players per Rising Stars Showcase team (generally)
- Players from the same traveling team will be placed on the same Rising Stars team. (As space allows)
- Only coaches from teams that meet the MYAS Team Eligibility Guidelines will be able to nominate players
- Those teams will then compete against each other in the Showcase
Game Times (subject to change)
- Typically the younger teams play early in the day and the older teams play later in the day

- February 10: Registration Deadline (or until full)
- March 15: Rising Stars Showcase
Team Formation
- Players from the same traveling team will be placed on the same Rising Stars team. (As space allows)
- Please coordinate with teammates prior to registering. Registering for different divisions will result in teammates on different teams.
- The MYAS staff will form the teams.
- The goal will be to form the most evenly matched teams possible.
Coaches Expectations
- We ask that all coaches check-in 30 minutes prior to your first game with the tournament director on Saturday, March 15, to grab your team bag.
- Please use the first time slot for your team to run a meet and greet/practice.
- Remember, this event is for fun. Please split up playing time as evenly as you can.
- There are no awards for first place.
Fees
- $90
- FREE admission for all spectators
- Includes practice/meet and greet, 2 games, commemorative autograph ball and bag tag.
- No refunds beyond the registration deadline.
- We will not do player swaps in place of a refund. Your registration will only apply to your child and will not be transferred to a teammate/friend.
