Standard Fee Structure:

• One-Day Super Savers: $315
  • May 11th - The MN Breast Cancer Coalition tournament will have a slightly higher entry fee and those proceeds will benefit the MN Breast Cancer Coalition. 
• 4 Game Guarantee: $365
• Spring Championships: $365

Early Bird Pricing

• Early bird pricing will replace the volume discount
• $20 off all entries 
  • Early-bird entry deadline is one week before the event entry deadline.

MYAS Refund Policy

• If a team or individual drops out of an event priorto the entry deadline, a full refund of the entry fee will be issued.
• If a team or individual drops out of an event after the entry deadline, no refund will be issued.
• If an event must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, loss of electricity, etc.), a prorated portion of the entry fee will be returned based on the number of games played.
• If an event must be canceled, with no games played, due to any of the above reasons, teams can elect a 75% refund of their entry fee or have 100% of their entry fee applied to a future MYAS event.
• Credit card processing fees are not refundable.
