These Rankings were formulated and strictly based upon the final results of the 2024 Grade State Basketball Championships in the top Tiers of competition.  Example:  The Champion of Tier 1 is ranked #1 and followed by the descending order of Tier 1 teams.  The Champion of Tier 2 is ranked #17 and so on.
