Any player, coach, or spectator who violates the posted Youth 1st Environment before, during or after a contest, may forfeit their team’s opportunity to continue participation in the tournament AND the actions may result in a temporary or permanent banishment from any MYAS sponsored events. The on-site Protest Committee reserves the right to uphold this policy. All disciplinary action will be sent to the Youth 1st Alliance - Conduct Review Committee, an independent group for review and recommendations at the completion of the tournament.  Notification of any disciplinary action will also be shared with other Minnesota youth football league/event operators.

Teams showing exemplary conduct will be recognized at the November 1st Concordia-St. Paul Football game. 

Details:

• Community based league teams
• All teams must be community-based. All intact community season teams may have a maximum of 30 players on their roster.
• Teams originating from the same community association may combine to form one team. There will be a limit of 25 players on a combined team's roster. Association leader must sign off on all rosters.
• Age Groups: 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade, and 6th Grade (3 game guarantee)
• Age Groups: 7th Grade and 8th Grade (2 game guarantee Friday and Sunday)
• MYAS Refund Policy
  • If a team or individual drops out of an event prior to the entry deadline, a full refund of the entry fee will be issued.
  • If a team or individual drops out of an event after the entry deadline, no refund will be issued.
  • If an event must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, loss of electricity, etc.), a prorated portion of the entry fee will be returned based on the number of games played.
  • If an event must be cancelled, with no games played, due to any of the above reasons, teams can elect a 75% refund of their entry fee or have 100% of their entry fee applied to a future MYAS event.
  • Credit card processing fees are not refundable.
