We have used the service of MYAS for the past three years. Jeremy Innes was our main contact and his timeliness and ease to work with was fantastic. The service MYAS provided us included scheduling all our games (we had 149!), they set up a link for our web site to access our brackets/pools and directions to the gyms, they advertised openings in our tournaments on their web site and after the tournament they updated the results of all the games. Using MYAS not only gave us the confidence that we had no errors in our schedule, but saved us hours and hours of work. Any last minute changes (for example adding or deleting a team) were an easy and quick change for MYAS. We were also able to give them certain parameters to use when putting the schedule together, for example: We wanted only 1 hour breaks between games, if someone had an 8am Saturday game they played in the afternoon on Sunday, etc . By being able to fine tune our brackets and pools, this helped us to ensure that our tournament was the best experience possible for all that came. We already know we'll be using them again next year! I can't even imagine trying to do it without them.

I worked with MYAS to do all of our Tournament scheduling, which was a GREAT decision. We had 108 teams from over 22 cities which required 177 games to complete our brackets. With 8 different courts, which were only available at certain times throughout the weekend, I can’t even imagine trying to do all of the scheduling myself. Nice additional benefits were coach sign in sheets, individual game score sheets and complete brackets to post both online and at our venue. It was one less headache I had to deal with and well worth the price.
