Second Session Added for High School Teams In an effort to bridge the gap from the end of the Gopher State Fall League to the start of the high school season, the MYAS has created a second session. Now teams will have the opportunity to play right up until tryouts. Players will be able to work on their skills and conditioning and coaches will be able to observe the players in game situations. The MYAS receives more than twice the team registrations as its closest competitor. The Second Session for grades 9-12 begins in October and runs right up until high school tryouts. Teams can participate in any or all the Second Session dates. Games played on Sundays. Does not interfere with other fall sports. Multiple metro area playing locations. Most of our players utilize this league as a way to gear up for traveling team tryouts and the winter basketball season.
