Thank you to everyone who helped make this tournament a success. Over 1100 wrestlers invaded Monticello in mid-February for the 2012 Gopher State Wrestling Nationals. The field included athletes from 10 different states. We had great competition and the tournament flowed very well. The Gopher State Championship is truly one of the toughest K-8 folkstyle events in the Midwest. Wrestlers from all states are eligible to participate in all Gopher State wrestling events.
