TEAM CHECK-IN
Here's what is needed when you check in a team for your first Gopher State spring basketball tournament. Coach Passes: This is where coaches will be able to purchase the coach passes. The coach passes are $5 each and each team is allowed a maximum of 3 coach passes per team. The coach passes will get you through admissions and they are required to be on the bench. NOTE: The Tournament Director will need to see the following at your first tournament. Once you have submitted the required documentation at your first tournament, you will not need to present the documentation at your following tournaments.
Present the Following at Team Check-in Present Membership ID card or payment confirmation at Team Check-in The Official Online Roster COMPLETED ONLINE and PRINTED OUT The tournament director will keep a copy of your roster. Grade Verification- Acceptable forms of grade documentation include: Any school issued ID or document that has the players current grade listed on it. Age Verification- Only needed if player is playing down a grade level due to Age Exception Rule A birth certificate (please bring a copy)
This form must be signed by all the players, coaches and parents.

It is not required to enter your roster on the USSSA website.
