Insurance - USSSA Basketball

If you are an individual basketball team (or a small club) looking for liability and medical accident insurance, we recommend that you sign up with the USSSA (United States Sports Specialty Association).  The USSSA offers $2 million of liability insurance coverage and $100,000 of medical accident insurance, with a $100 deductible.  Their coverage is applicable for all practices and/or games, wherever you play!

What does it cost? 

• A USSSA annual team membership is $25.00 and the liability/accident medical team insurance is $89.00 per team.
• A USSSA annual team membership in a league (6 teams or more) is $25.00 per team but the liability/ accident medical is $61.00 per team for a group team purchase.
