Join the FREE, have FUN, MOVE AND GROW CHALLENGE Sunday, May 10th - May 15th.

 

Keep your basketball player having FUN, MOVING and GROWING during the sports suspension, with the most COMPLETE training resources available as this pandemic has presented challenges for youth basketball players across the state of Minnesota and the globe!

The MYAS has partnered with Trusted Coaches, Pure Intensity Basketball™, Mindful Power™ and the Institute for Athletic Medicine™ to offer a complete home training program.  

Virtual basketball camps will be available through Zoom and free live sessions, periodically on the MYAS Facebook page for as part of our At Home Complete Player Training program.

Each session will challenge each athlete's mental and physical capacities by combining high-level performance training based on sports science of functional movement with fundamental basketball drills and exercises.

  • Advanced Camp - for athletes who want a fast paced and more challenging workout
  • Intermediate Camp - for athletes that need a slower paced workout
  •  50 athletes max per week per camp
  •  SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS (SAME TIMES) ARE MAKE UP DAYS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.

 

  • Sessions will be live streamed through Zoom video conferencing and the link will be sent via email prior to your scheduling session (free account & download)
  • The Zoom session link provided at the beginning of the week will be the same link used for each day of camp
  • The Zoom link will open 15 minutes prior to the start of the session, we advise you get on at least 10 minutes before the start of the session to start your dynamic warm up

 

  • We will give you a drill challenge for the day
  • Time yourself 5 different times, or more for 1 minute to see how many reps you can knock out.
  • Take your best score and post the video and score with the name of the challenge to Twitter and tag @trustedcoaches @MYASminnesota, @pureintensitybasketball and the @InstituteAthMe
  • The winner of each challenge will receive one free pass to any Rising Stars Summer Basketball Camp
